How to Use Alisa:
To use Alisa, lubricate each ball as well as the vagina before insertion occurs with a water based lubricant. Doing so ensures the smoothest glide possible. When ready, slowly insert the initial ball, and if confident, insert the secondary ball.

When inside, this Kegel exerciser can be used with or without vibrations, with the first ball acting as the weighted trainer. To use the vibrations, grab the remote and use the one-button control to cycle through each mode of pleasure. Squeeze the pelvic-floor muscles for a particularly effective training session.

How to Care for Alisa:
Care for Alisa by giving this sex toy a wash with warm, soapy water. The removable ball can be taken out of the cavity and wiped down, while the silicone case can be soaked when the vibrating ball is removed. Dry thoroughly once done and store Alisa in a cool, dark and dry place when not in use.
