How to Use the Kegel Trainer:
Screw on the weighted base of choice – we recommend starting off with the lighted ball. Apply your favourite water-based lubricant to the kegel trainer and vulva. Once well lubricated, gently insert the kegel trainer into the vagina with the retrieval cord remaining outside for easy removal. The muscles will automatically clench around the kegel balls.

To turn on/off: Press and hold the button on the trainer. Short press the button on either the remote control or trainer to switch between 10 different patterns. Vibration function starts at the lowest speed. For the best results, tense the pelvic-floor muscles or follow a exercise routine of your choice.
