How to Use the Vibrating Kegel Egg:
Before use, apply your favourite water-based lubricant to the kegel egg and vulva. Once well lubricated, gently insert the egg into the vagina with the retrieval cord remaining outside for easy removal. The muscles will automatically clench around the kegel egg.
